We did Adams with my mom back when we were in high school...super fun route. It's a little silly when you see people up there with cotton shorts and tennis shoes.
Ha, I know what you mean. We saw the whole range from shorts and running shoes to ropes, harnesses, and snow pickets (no joke). It was a pretty cold day though so at least most of us were pretending to be real mountaineers with big boots and down jackets...
