June Update

I haven't been getting out much this spring due to a busy school schedule and a nagging shoulder injury left over from my trip in December. The school part, at least, will be changing here in a couple of days as finals week is coming up. Then me and Lila are off to City of Rocks for a week for some sun and granite. 'The City' is a place I've always wanted to check out but being that it's kind of off in the middle of nowhere by itself I've never made it. When we get back I'll be starting a six month internship with the City of Portland (Bureau of Environmental Services). I'm super excited for both the work and not being at school part. I find it kind of funny that I'm looking forward to weekend warrior status in order to get more climbing in... Hopefully the shoulder will cooperate. Here are some random photos from the last year or so that I haven't posted before:

Old Video

I was going through some old photos the other day and came across this video my friend Jason made of the bouldering at Sehome Hill arboretum in Bellingham. The video is pretty old (2003?), and the soundtrack is horrendous, but I don't think this one ever made it to the interwebz. The music might be a little over-dramatic but there's some good footage of a few of the better problems at Sehome.
